



My Empanadas is a small local business inspired by family, tradition, and the love of homemade food.
Our empanadas are rooted in authentic Peruvian flavors and the memories of cooking together at
home.
The recipes come from family traditions, especially my mom’s recipe that has been passed down with
love. What makes our empanadas special is the care and dedication behind them.
Before sharing them with the community, there were many tryouts in the kitchen—adjusting ingredients,
perfecting the dough, and finding the right balance of flavors. After many attempts and lots of taste
testing with friends and family, we finally created the empanadas we are proud to serve today.
We first began sharing our empanadas with friends and family, which was a great success. Later in
2019, we opened our first restaurant and soon after started working with local businesses and farmers
markets. The support from our community helped turn a family passion into a growing business.
Every empanada is handmade from scratch using fresh ingredients. Along with our empanadas, we
also prepare homemade chimichurri sauce and traditional flavors that celebrate Peruvian cuisine.
At My Empanadas, our mission is simple: to bring people together through delicious food, family
tradition, and authentic homemade flavor. We are proud to share a piece of our culture with our
community all year round.
